5.0 Magnitude Earthquake Rattles Indonesia’s Fakfak Region
On Tuesday, the US Geological Survey reported a 5.0 magnitude earthquake that shook the area 201 km southeast of Fakfak, Indonesia. The quake occurred at 0407 GMT, with its epicenter located at 4.03 degrees south latitude and 133.74 degrees east longitude. The earthquake’s depth was recorded at 10.0 km.
